LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Cloud Defensive, we proudly stand behind our products by offering a fully transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty against all manufacturing defects regardless of the product's current owner. In the unlikely event warranty service is required, Cloud Defensive will repair or replace the defective component at no cost to the customer. Should the warrantied product be discontinued, and we are unable to repair or replace that product, we will substitute it with a new, comparable product of equal or greater value. At times Cloud Defensive may ask for product photos to complete your warranty claim.
Manufacturing defects, as defined by this warranty, include flaws and/or defects in materials or workmanship. It is important to note that this lifetime warranty does not cover intentional damage, loss, theft, consumable products, or normal wear-and-tear such as cosmetic damage, worn-out switches, batteries draining, or damage resulting from improper installation such as cut or split cables, stripped threads, etc.
If a product falls outside the parameters of this warranty, we are still committed to supporting our customers by offering to service or replace the product at a discounted rate.
Blemished (Blem), Moonshine or Garage Sale items, while not eligible for return or exchange, are fully covered under our limited lifetime warranty. International customers can also take advantage of our full warranty; however, they are responsible for all associated international shipping costs and fees.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY Q&A
What if Cloud Defensive determines my product is not covered by the limited lifetime warranty?We will contact the owner with an estimated repair cost for approval.
Are batteries covered under warranty?Batteries and chargers are covered by our 2-year warranty with proof of purchase. This does not cover intentional damage, loss or theft. Batteries are a wear item and will need replaced from time to time.
Is my switch or tailcap covered under warranty?Switches and tailcaps are considered a consumable item. However, we will evaluate this on a case by case basis if the cause of the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.
Is my Torrent/Cloud Defensive light mount covered under warranty?All Torrent or Cloud Defensive mounts are covered by our limited lifetime warranty when used correctly. Our inline M-Lok mount is incredibly strong when used properly; however, it is not intended to be mounted forward of the handguard in a cantilever fashion. Inline mounts used in this manner are not covered under warranty.
