Shipping & Ordering FAQ

Cloud Defensive strives to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. However, these times may vary depending on demand, dealer orders, and other factors such as holidays. If extended ship times are necessary they will be shown at the top of our website. After all, we are a manufacturer, not a distribution center and your patience is greatly appreciated when ordering direct. We recommend ordering from an authorized Cloud Defensive dealer to ensure the fastest ship times possible.

Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information (available on all methods of shipping). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site after the package arrives at their shipping facilities. If you do not see tracking information within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. To avoid future notification issues, please add Cloud Defensive to your safe sender list. While we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary, and we can’t guarantee the arrival date of your order. Cloud Defensive is not responsible for carrier delays in delivery.

Cloud Defensive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and you must file a claim with the carrier. We offer Route Shipping Protection for a nominal fee as an added insurance benefit to our customers.

Estimated Shipping Times
Commercial: 2-5 days – USPS/UPS domestic ground
Residential: 2-5 days – USPS domestic ground
Residential: 2-3 days – USPS Priority Mail
Shipping times may vary based on the time of year. Higher volume shipping times may delay delivery.

If you are unable to receive UPS shipments, please use your P.O. Box; P.O. boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship USPS only.

International Orders
All international shipments are subject to local regulations. We have experience shipping our products to many countries, and we strive to comply with all import regulations of the destination country. However, Cloud Defensive does NOT guarantee delivery or customs clearance in the destination country. International orders do not qualify for free shipping that is advertised by Cloud Defensive. Our advertised free shipping is for domestic orders ONLY.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cloud Defensive will accept returns on all products within 30 days of delivery. We realize that not every product is right for every person. If you buy anything from us, and decide to return it new and unused within your 30 day window, we will gladly accept that. Simply reach out to us at Support@Clouddefensive.com and we will get the process going for you. 
BLEMISHED, MOONSHINE, AND PRE-OWNED ITEMS ARE NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Cloud Defensive only accepts product returns on purchases made from www.clouddefensive.com. We do not accept returns for purchases made from other sellers.

RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT

To best serve you, please email Support@Clouddefensive.com and one of our customer service reps will get back to you shortly. All returned, warranty repair or service products  must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping the return items to Cloud Defensive. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for all refunded returns or you may opt for an in-store credit or exchange with no restocking fee.

To return an item please follow these instructions:
1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
2. Include provided packing slip or RMA number inside your package.
3. Ship your package within 28 days of provided RMA number at your nearest carrier           location.
4. We will email you confirmation once your return is processed.
